    Eligibility, keeping your credentials secure, and what happens if an account is shared or misused.

    What a purchase grants, how long access lasts, and how prices and VAT are shown.

  4. 4. Subscriptions and renewals

    How a subscription is billed, when it renews, and how to cancel it.

  5. 5. Refunds and the right of withdrawal

    Your statutory withdrawal rights for digital content.

  6. 6. Certificates

    What a completion certificate represents, and the circumstances in which one may be revoked.

  7. 7. Instructor content

    Who owns course material, the licence instructors grant, and the standards content must meet.

    Conduct that is not permitted, including sharing accounts and redistributing course material.
